Senior Project Leader
As a manufacturer in the garden category we are always looking at the latest styles and trends in outdoor décor. Craig has played a key role in watching these trends and adapting our product line to suit the needs and preferences of our customers. With a background in industrial design, Craig is able to lead the charge on product development while still maintaining an active role in day to day operations of our residential and commercial divisions. With over 10 years’ experience at Mayne, he’s become an integral part of our team and always willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
VP of Sales & Recruitment
Joulie recently joined the Mayne team in June of 2017 but has contributed to the hiring at Mayne over the past 3 years. Joulie brings 15 years experience as a multi-talented Sales and Recruitment Specialist with a diverse entrepreneurial background in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Recruitment. She believes her successes are attributed to putting the customer fist, going the extra mile, hiring, coaching, mentoring, giving back to the community, learning from others and building long term business relationships.
Steve started with Mayne in the spring of 2012. He quickly learned that we need to continually reinvent ourselves to succeed in a highly competitive seasonal market. Since then, Steve has been involved in all aspects of sales and marketing, from setting up new customers to presenting new product idea’s. He confirms all details of a program are complete before we begin production. “From day one I have always strived to gain our customers trust. With a diverse customer base, Mayne continues to work towards building exciting business relationships by creating customized solutions that work for our customers changing needs.”
Paulette Riopelle Jones
As a valued member of our Mayne sales team since 2013 Paulette brings charm and character to her role. She has a natural ability to talk with any of our valued dealers and potential customers. “I want to always ensure that our customers and dealers feel heard and that they are fully taken care of. If I can help out in any way to make their experience better or life easier, I will do my best!”. Her genuine enthusiasm and deep dedication is displayed in all aspects of her job. She has a sincere interest in the well being of those she interacts with daily.
Lindsey has been a proud member of the Mayne team since September 2015. Since joining the team in a sales support role, Lindsey has helped Mayne with maintaining and updating our customer’s various information portals ensuring that everyone is update with the latest material and images. She works hard every day bringing her experience and knowledge to the Mayne team and contributing to their continued success. “At Mayne we have a dynamic and passionate team focused on providing the ultimate customer experience. Operations Team Lead
Dale has been with Mayne since the early days joining the team in March 2006. “It’s really amazing to see how much this company has grown over the past 10 years” Dale has had to continue to develop and adapt our systems for our growing business so we can continue to provide our customers with exceptional products and service. “It’s pretty impressive to see the volume we ship daily, when we first started a busy shipping day was 50-100 boxes and now we can ship out 1000+ boxes without issue”. The key to our success is to continue to stay ahead of the curve and always be looking for ways to improve our systems to ensure our customers’ needs are being met. “I am so fortunate to be a part of such a great company and team and I am looking forward to what the next 10 years has in store for us.”

Lauren joined the Mayne Team in June 2014 and looks after all of your Customer Service needs. Whether the question or concern is big or small, Lauren is here to help! “Building relationships and being there for our customers every step of the way is my passion. I am extremely proud to be a part of such a fantastic team that is able to work together to bring our customers a standout product with the service to match!”
Regan was brought on board in January of 2008 and has spent her time at Mayne working in everything from sales to operations to customer service. “I feel so lucky to have been a part of this company for so long and to have witnessed its incredible growth from just a small line of mail posts and address signs to a complete and diverse selection of outdoor decor products. Mayne’s continued success is definitely attributed to not only the amazing products that we offer, but also the exceptional customer service that we provide. From answering customer calls and emails right away, to offering quick turnaround times and zero hassle returns, our goal is to make each customer’s purchase a memorable and pleasant experience. Kelly Del Duca
Kelly joined the Mayne Accounting Team in September 2016. Her responsibilities at Mayne are constantly evolving and can change on a daily basis. Her exceptional organizational skills assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions and responsibilities, as well as other vital accounting and administrative duties. “I’m extremely grateful that I have been given the opportunity to work with such a hardworking and fun group of people. In the time I have been here, I have been given the opportunity to learn so much, and I look forward to growing and developing my skills further with this dynamic company. I am very proud and lucky to be able to call myself part of this amazing team!”
Sarah joined our team at Mayne in 2016. Her creative eye and impeccable attention to detail is what is required when working on the many design projects at Mayne. Working directly with our Product Developer and Marketing Team allows her skills to be utilized continuously. “Being in a work environment where people can collaborate and offer different views and suggestions always helps with the teams vision at Mayne. The atmosphere here allows for personal and professional growth which always leaves you with a great feeling. At the end of the day I want to feel as though I have contributed to the overall brand and how it is perceived by our valued customers.”
Cristian joined Mayne in February 2017 and immediately impressed us with his positive attitude and professional approach to business. Originally from Colombia, Cristian is fluent in English and Spanish, and brings with him a strong academic background in accounting. He believes that cultivating good relationships with your suppliers is a key ingredient in keeping your customers happy. Cristian is proud to be part of such a talented and fun team and he looks forward to working together toward a common vision.
