How to search your product?
1. Locate the model number on your packaging. It is printed on the label in the upper left corner of the box.
2. Enter the model number in the search bar below and select your product to view the instructions.
Important: Update on our Fill Port/Water Reservoir Access
We've recently made an improvement to our double-walled planters based on customer feedback. All new units are now pre-drilled with a fill port hole, providing easy, direct access to the internal water reservoir.
As we transition to this updated design, some customers may still receive inventory that does not have the fill port pre-drilled.
If your planter is un-drilled: No problem—the fill port is completely optional and does not affect the performance of your planter. You can choose to leave it sealed or add access to the reservoir at any time.
To create the fill port (optional): Drill a 3/4 inch hole through the outer wall only at the designated mark.
Finishing touch: Each planter includes a custom-fit fill port plug in the hardware kit to give your planter a clean, polished look once the hole is drilled.
